Shaun is pleased to announce the additions of Nathan Cvar (Goalie Coach) and Emmitt Farebrother (Assistant Coach) to the coaching staff for the U13 AA Stonewall Blues with remainder of staff to be confirmed at a later date

Nathan Cvar comes to the team having played his minor hockey in the Interlake from Gimli and was fortunate enough to win a U15 AAA provincial league championship before playing U18 AAA both with the Lightning.  He followed this up with 1 year in the MJHL with the Virden Oil Capitals and 4 years in the MMJHL with the St.James Canucks.  He is a goalie instructor with The Rink and has been the past 7 years. In that span he has helped teams along the way with their goaltenders development with a highlight of a City Championship with the U17 Bruins as their Goalie Coach.

Emmitt Farebrother comes to the team having played his minor hockey in the Interlake from Stonewall and played Interlake Lightning at U15 AAA and U18 AAA.  That was followed by 4 years with the Stonewall Jets where Emmitt was heavily involved in community volunteer initiatives through coaching the Stonewall Jets Development Camps in the Fall, attending practices throughout the winters and all the community focused tasks such as Parades, Lions Manor Visits etc.  Most recently you may have seen him involved with Sport Manitoba as part of a Skills Development team that has assisted with Evaluations in Stonewall over the last number of years.

Welcome aboard what is sure to be an exciting season for the U13 AA Stonewall Blues.
